MENDING

Healing comes in at least as many forms as varieties of hurts. And while the timing and process of healing is a self-care choice, the beginning is always the same.

To return to a place of wholeness, integrity and balance, one first
has to admit that the wounds exist Then, we can decide which pains we are, at any current time, willing to work to heal.

In the end though, applying therapy, to cleanse old wounds, is just the beginning.
