PROTECTIVE BLUE LIGHT VISUALIZATION
Is the hair on the back of your neck standing up? Do you find yourself slinking around corners? Is your pet anxious?
If your space feels as though it is filled with unwanted energies, try the blue light visualization. The prep work is done in the daylight and can be followed through at the same time. Alternatively, complete the exercise at night, when darkness can add to the undesirable layer of spookiness.
WHAT TO DO — BLUE LIGHT VISUALIZATION
Physically, walk around the entire perimeter of your house. Go from the front door – usually clockwise, but counter clockwise if that is what feels right to you. Quiet yourself and 'allow' the Universe / your inner self to speak to you. Take your time walking around your house and noticing details. (These are the details that you will use later when you are visualizing.)
Later, just prior to going to sleep – ask for the guiding presence of 'a spiritual master' (God; Buddha; whomever / whatever works for you).
Visualize an ultramarine shade of brilliant blue light. Surround your home in this protective blue light by walking, mentally, around your house (like you did physically). As you walk (mentally), take the blue light with you as if you are blanketing your home and loved ones in the blue light.
Start at the front door and go in the same direction that you went physically. Take 15 - 20 minutes for the visualization process. Touch on the details you saw. Visit each of the rooms, people and animals. Walk slowly. Conjure up peace and tranquility and positive energy. 'Know' that 'all is well'.

• Do this exercise every night for a week or so – until it 'comes easily' to you. Then do it about once a week just for tuning in (as one would retune a piano).
