Especially on a late Spring morning, time spent at a plant nursery is vibrantly refreshing.
Walking among all that reawakening life force is good for everything – body, mind, soul, inspiration, hope, promise, restlessness, bursting joy … Spend a long time. Soak up the green energy. Let it fill you way up.
Mud on purpose (as opposed to when you're dressed up or on your way to work) can feel glorious to squish theough bare toes and playful fingers.
The spring, when puddles are plentiful, is an awesome time to find and play in mud – especially if you do it in the rain. That way the mud washes off easily:)
