Skin and press garlic. Finely chop fresh parsley. Squeeze lemon juice.
Measure sesame paste. Combine well with water.
Vary the consistency of the sauce by adding or decreasing the water. Falafel and vegetables work well with a drizzle consistency. Leave at spread consistency for Hummus burgers
Add garlic, lemon juice, salt. Combine well. Stir in parsley and optional cayenne pepper.
Keeps well in the refrigerator – up to 7 days.
