It isn't easy being a full time parent for 3 kids, 3, 6 & almost 10 & trying to put in my typical 48+ hours at work. In fact I gave up my volunteer hours for this week cus I knew it would be impossible. Luckily I can work a lot from home. I forgot what having youngins around was like. It seems like the whole day is revolved around the next meal & waking up way too early & going to bed way too late. But you know what, I'm having a great time with them & I am very grateful to have this time with them. How Blessed am I, to have a daughter & son-in-law who trust me enough to allow me this care-giving time for their children. I know for sure Tues will come & this time will seem like one big blur.

Today or maybe even tomorrow we will head to the coast & have our Christmas time together with both uncles & their cousins & Grandma & Grandpa on Daddy side & Grandma & Grandpa on Mommy's side. How lucky am I!!!
