Description

A de-light-full cheese cake that wins kudos wherever it goes!

Ingredients

  • 1 graham wafer crust
  • 16 oz brick cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 T milk
  • 1 c icing sugar
  • 2 pk dream whip (do not substitute)
  • pure vanilla extract
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 20 oz pie filling (tin)

Instructions

Supplies: 
wet & dry measuring cups
10" or 12" spring form pan
large bowl (metal is ideal)
measuring spoons
medium bowl (metal is ideal)
Method: 

Prepare graham wafer crust according to package directions. Press crust into a the base of the spring-form pan. Bake at 375* F for 7-8 minutes.

In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese with 2 Tbsps. milk using an electric mixer. Gradually add icing sugar, and beat at high speed until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).

Combine the Dream Whip with 1 cup cold milk and prepare according to package directions.

Add the dessert topping & lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture and beat at high speed to combine well for 3 -4 minutes.

Pour mixture over cooled crust. Shake to level. Spoon on pie filling. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours.
