Description

A classic Mexican dip that works with corn chips, on omelettes, in sandwiches … ole!

Ingredients

  • 3 med - large avocados
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • chilis / cayenne / hot sauce, adjust to taste

Instructions

Method: 

Prepare avocados by slicing in half and removing the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash coarsely with a fork.  Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Squeeze the lemon / lime juice into the guacamole to prevent it from turning brown.  

Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
