The high frequency vibration inherent in YES energy is magically transformative. It can boost courage, clarity and faith. Posting uplifting little YES cards around your home, work and vehicle leads to expansive thinking, determination and can even induce a sense of euphoria.

Supplies: 
110 lb card stock, white
pencil crayons and/or
markers, fine-tipped
paper embellishments: fine glitter, sequins, theme-confetti …
craft glue
Tools: 
ruler (graph if possible)
blade / rotary cutter
Method: 
  1. Print out the AffirmYes-8 or another AffirmYes pdf on
    110 lb card stock.
  2. Cut off the top and bottom edges at .5 (indicated by a light [17%] grey line.)
  3. Cut the page in half – vertically. (Each side will now measure 4.25" wide.)
  4. Measure and cut each 4.25 strip into 2.5 cards. (You will make 4 cards per strip; 8 cards in total.)
  5. Colour and decorate the affirmations with your favourite markers, stickers and other embellishments – fine glitter, sequins …
