All things being relative — riches are a matter of perspective. If you have access to clean running water, someone to love, someone to be loved by, a chance to do better tomorrow — things are pretty good.

 

If we weren't so focused on money wealth, we'd be more able to see the many other kinds of prosperity we are each blessed with.

Now before ya go getting all offended — the title of this piece is Not intended to ignite anger or bruise sensibilities.

 

The general premise, of non-atheists, is that God created the Universe.

 

It's pretty obvious that the Universe is abundant. Ergo — God, who created a lavishly abundant, resource-filled, big piles-of-money Universe,must like money.
