PULSE
Vitality is the personal chi of the body.
In its free-flowing state its like party energy pumping through ones entire being. It makes you want to be and go and do everything!
When this basic energy gets blocked or clogged life is a drag. Courage, strength and security become cloudy, and fear begins to erode our fundamental potency.
This department is a mix of customary, fresh and sometimes unusual strategies for keeping energy Pulsing through the body.
Savasana
Savasana, also known as the corpse pose, is well-respected for its restorative benefits. Practising this yoga posture after work, but before the evening meal, grounds and refreshes both body and mind. Because it alleviates fatigue it is particularly useful for recharging before an active evening. And yet, its calming effects make it effective in a sleep prep routine.
