POWER HOUR

The Power Hour, usually done in the morning, supports the goodness in life – especially those parts that are forged and strengthened by consistency.

 

Well-being, for example, is a state that is arrived at through the balance of healthy physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our self.

 

'Healthy Balance' – There's a daunting task, uphill battle, life-long noble pursuit!

 

Some people come to balance easily. Maintaining fitness of mind, body and spirit are natural and comfortable. These disciplined few find the routines that sustain them in good times and not so good, through structured parental rules, religious duties and military service.


Most of us throw off the shackles of 'what's good for us' in early puberty. The company of friends, parties, being out and about, experimenting with our many personas is delicious and unboring – as compared to the rigours of building sustaining routines.

Someday, after piles of bills, a few ills and a few dark nights of soul we begin to figure it out.

 

A life that works … is built on the discipline of daily habits that support the desired lifestyle.
