'Healthy Balance' – There's a daunting task, uphill battle, life-long noble pursuit!

Some people come to balance easily. Maintaining fitness of mind, body and spirit are natural and comfortable. These disciplined few find the routines that sustain them in good times and not so good, through structured parental rules, religious duties and military service.
